Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund or equal exchange within 7 days of purchase. Refunds beyond that period may be available at SuperOrbital’s discretion.

Substitutions

Customer substitutions are free of charge but can only be processed between employees of the same company. To request a substitution, the original registrant must email SuperOrbital at hello@superorbital.io no later than 7 days before the start of the workshop. All customer substitution requests must follow this process or the new registrant will be subject to pay the current registration rate. All substitution requests are subject to review by SuperOrbital.

Cancellations

To cancel your registration, send a request to SuperOrbital at hello@superorbital.io and include your name and company. Please see the refund deadline above before submitting your request. Note that refunds may be processed post-event.

Code of Conduct

SuperOrbital reserves the right to deny attendance or registration to any individual or entity for any reason, in SuperOrbital’s sole discretion, including failure to meet SuperOrbital’s Code of Conduct.

Confidentiality

I agree that all SuperOrbital materials are confidential information and I shall not disclose such materials to anyone unless required to do so by law.

Marketing & Media

I understand that SuperOrbital may capture photos and/or videos during the workshop. I hereby grant to SuperOrbital the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. I agree I shall have no rights of review or approval, no claim to compensation, and agree to release and hold SuperOrbital harmless for any and all such uses.

I agree that SuperOrbital and/or third party sponsors of a Workshop may send you occasional emails about promotions, new products and updates. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@superorbital.io.

Release of Liability

By registering for SuperOrbital LLC’s (“SuperOrbital”) events, I hereby agree to release and hold harmless SuperOrbital, its employees, vendors, agents, and contractors from any and all alleged and/or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses, of any kind (“claim”) which arise out of or result from my attendance at and participation in the workshop.
