Our employees dedicate a day a week to internal projects, never work more than 40 hours a week, and enjoy a generous vacation policy (and 13 days of holidays).
People can't perform when they're overworked. Your brain needs time off to allow it to flourish when it's back on. DevOps is a marathon, not a sprint.
To do good work, we have to feel we and our loved ones are safe. We provide that foundation for you.
For our employees, we cover 100% of the premiums for our stellar medical, dental & vision insurance. We also pay your home internet bills, provide office equipment, and offer a matching 401k.
We pay invoices within seven days. No games.
Some companies pay invoices weeks or even months after you submit them, hinting that you get paid when (and if?) they get paid. We don't play games, and we have plenty of cash in the bank. Our contractors get paid promptly and without fuss, within seven days of invoice submission.
Our contract engineers only work four days per week, and can take a sabbatical to recharge or focus on other projects.
Many of them use this time to bootstrap their own product company, or balance the time with other clients.
The entire team meets every two weeks to talk frankly and honestly about all aspects of the business: finances, sales, marketing, execution... Nothing is hidden. Our people love this, as many of them have aspirations of running our own companies in the near future. In fact, many already have!
While these values stem from moral roots, we also just believe they're the right way to run a business. Working in an environment of professionalism, respect, and emotional safety allows us to produce our best work, and builds a culture that enriches everyone's lives.
Our clients look to us to help them understand the myriad and constantly changing landscape of cloud-native tools. It's important to us that they succeed.
